As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to utilize your excellent communication and sales skills to provide top-notch customer service to our valued clients. You will be the face of our company and play a crucial role in building and maintaining our relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all clients in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Actively listen and understand customer needs, offering suitable product solutions and providing relevant information.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products to increase company revenue.
  • Use various sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed set sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of products, services, and policies to effectively communicate with customers and answer their questions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • A positive and solution-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
