About the client: Our client is one of the largest maintained and operated crane service providers in North America. They provide a managed lifting solution which involves combining the know-how and capabilities with highly specialized equipment to deliver a safe, value-added service to their customers.
Responsibilities:
Seeking for someone that is a proven credit/collections manager as this position will have 6 direct reports
This team is the liaison between billing and customers
Ideally someone with construction industry experience would be ideal (exposure to liens)
High radius the collections system they implemented last year - someone with this experience would be a plus
Another huge plus - experience with collections from division/branches would be great as our client has 4 divisions and under that they have upwards of 30 branches
Their volume for collections on a monthly basis is around $30M
Seeking for someone that has the ability to think big picture, being flexible, good communication skills as they will be interacting with sales, the branches and upper management which would require a certain level of sophistication and composure
