CPG Project Manager - Full Time Employment


Location: East Bay, CA


Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000 annually


Job Description:


We're seeking an experienced CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, aiding in the launch of new products and formalizing our PMO organization. With a focus on creating streamlined processes and comprehensive documentation, this role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate seeking to apply their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee, manage, and deliver CPG-related projects from implementation to completion.

Act as primary liaison for all project-related matters, coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, supply chain, manufacturing and operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.

Assist in the launch of new products, coordinating with departments such as marketing, sales, and supply chain management.

Develop and implement efficient project management processes to improve productivity and effectiveness.

Create robust and comprehensive documentation to record project stages, progress, and outcomes.

Offer insights and recommendations for improving project management methodologies.

Work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, address issues, and discuss potential improvements for future projects.


Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.

Extensive experience in Project Management within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Hands-on experience in launching new products and establishing PMO organizations.

Proficient in Project Management software tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

The successful candidate will be expected to spend 4 days a week at our East Bay office, where they will work to optimize project execution and contribute to our ongoing growth.
