Coordinator, Infection Prevention & Employee Health, Days

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for scheduling new hire appointments, assisting new hires with immunization records, calling new hires when they miss an appointment, schedule new hires for follow up vaccines, coordinate travel team to locations ensuring they have the equipment and supplies needed, work in the EH clinics drawing blood, vitals, UDS, mask fit test, NGood Health-weight check, waist circumference, BP check and urine nicotine test, order supplies, liaison with med staff credentialing, enter new hire AHSN/employee ID into EPIC (twice a week) and other duties as assigned. This position will also be responsible for coordinating projects, attending meetings, collecting and analyzing data, creating presentations, and assisting in other areas as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• One year in a healthcare setting
• Diploma or GE

• Three years in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor Degree
