Controller up to $150K (Aurora/Naperville area)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Controller for a client in the Aurora/Naperville area. Salary commensurate with experience will range from $130K-$150K + up to 20% Bonus plus health, dental and vision benefits, PTO, and more.

The Controller will manage accounting and finance operations of a privately-held company and will be an integral part of the leadership team.

Key Functions include:

• Manage accounting staff
• Overseeing internal controls
• Monitoring expenses and cash flow
• Overseeing audit and tax functions
• Financial reporting
• Update policies and procedures
• Manage payroll and bank reconciliations
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Managing tax compliance
• Assist with ERP migration
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years of accounting experience
• CPA highly preferred
• Management experience required
