Responsibilities:

• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive process enhancements.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor process performance and identify trends.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards.
• Prepare and present reports on continuous improvement initiatives and outcomes.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Mentor and coach employees on best practices for process improvement.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Work closely with department heads and team members to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to drive process improvements.
• Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure alignment and support for improvement initiatives.
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements.
• Communicate changes and improvements effectively to all stakeholders.
• Address resistance and challenges related to process changes.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience leading and managing projects, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence others.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
