Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to lead our quality function and drive transformative change through the implementation of a robust continuous improvement program. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations exceed customer expectations by addressing issues proactively and optimizing our processes.

The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of our organization's Continuous Improvement and QA Roadmap, ensuring product and process reliability on a global scale. Key responsibilities include driving compliance with ISO certification standards and leading initiatives such as APQP to facilitate flawless new product introductions.

This position requires a proven track record in transforming quality organizations within a manufacturing environment, coupled with expertise in various process improvement disciplines and successful ISO certifications. Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role involves inspiring and empowering teams to achieve ambitious quality goals.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, the Quality Manager will manage a team including QA Technicians and a Quality Systems and Regulatory Compliance Manager. They will serve as a key partner to the COO, driving initiatives to enhance overall plant quality.
