DeLeers Construction is looking for a construction estimator to join our growing team. Working with the DeLeers Pre-Construction and Sales teams, the estimator is accountable for estimating custom built homes and light commercial structures. This includes assisting with take-offs (including labor take-offs) and obtaining bids from our trade partners and subcontractors. These estimates include all areas of the building process including plumbing, electrical, concrete, masonry, roofing, siding, interiors and more. This person will work under the mentorship of a Senior Estimator when working on large scale projects.
Ideal candidates for this role have worked hands-on in the construction industry (aka carpenter, plumber, electrician) and have 1-5 years of construction estimation experience. Experience in either commercial or residential construction estimation is required. Working knowledge of Pro-Core is a plus but not required.
