Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commodities Broker to join our team. As a Commodities Broker, you will facilitate transactions involving commodities such as metals, energy, agricultural products, and other raw materials on behalf of clients. Your role will involve providing market insights, executing trades, and building strong client relationships to meet their trading objectives.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Act as an intermediary between clients and commodity exchanges to execute buying and selling orders.
• Monitor commodity markets, price movements, supply-demand dynamics, and geopolitical factors affecting commodities.
• Provide market analysis, research reports, and investment recommendations to clients to support their trading decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their risk tolerance, investment goals, and trading preferences.
• Execute trades accurately and efficiently using trading platforms and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage client portfolios, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates on market trends and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with research analysts, traders, and commodity specialists to stay informed about market developments and investment strategies.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes, compliance standards, and best practices in commodities trading.
  
  

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 3, CMT) may be advantageous.
• Proven experience (X years) as a commodities broker, trader, or in a similar role within commodity trading firms, brokerage houses, or financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of commodity markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, technical charts, and economic indicators.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and software for order execution and market analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and adapt to changing market conditions.
