RealREPP, is a full service recruiting firm who is currently teaming with a Roofing Company in the New York area, to assist them in hiring for a Commercial Site Supervisor.

Responsibilities


  • Project Supervision: Supervise roofing projects from mobilization, on-going scheduling, and coordinating resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that roofing installations meet or exceed industry standards and company quality benchmarks.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe work environment for all team members and contractors.
  • Resource Management: Allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may impact project progress, such as delays, design changes, or unforeseen challenges.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor on-site personnel, including roofers and subcontractors, to optimize performance and teamwork.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project costs to ensure they stay within budgetary constraints.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
  • OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.
