Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Commercial Painting, Project Management, Estimating, Coatings Paint, and Coatings.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing construction and renovation projects from start to finish
Creating detailed estimates for proposed projects
Scheduling and coordinating resources and subcontractors
Controlling and monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and keeping stakeholders informed
Preparing, submitting, and managing project invoices and payments
Maintaining and updating project records, including progress reports and budget tracking
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Project Management and Estimating
Strong understanding of Commercial Painting, Coatings Paint, and Coatings
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of financial and project management software is a plus
