The focus of this role is to manage the collection processes for our customers, ensuring payments are received in a timely manner and any issues are resolved efficiently. Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone and email to collect payments
Develop strategies to minimize customer payment aging
Handle commercial collections and monitor customer credit accounts
Advise on account write-offs when necessary
Manage a portfolio of accounts and invoices
Collaborate with the accounting department as necessary
