Benrich Service Company, the leader in the service industry, currently has an opening for a Collections Representative to join our team. Benrich is a family business, established in 1962, providing commercial services in water heating, plumbing, water treatment and HVAC.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Monitor accounts receivable reports and update payment status information related to past due accounts.
Data Entry for all accounts
Reconcile the account receivables ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Follow up on collections from delinquent accounts
3 Year Experience
Excellent communication skills
Other duties in the accounting department
