Client Delivery Lead

Roles:

• Provide technical guidance and expertise in embedded software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure successful project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of embedded software engineers, ensuring their professional growth, performance, and engagement.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards through code reviews, testing processes, and adherence to industry standards.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication across cross-functional teams, including product managers, hardware engineers, and quality assurance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather project requirements, provide technical solutions, and manage expectations.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the embedded software engineering team.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review and approve project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential growth opportunities and participating in client discussions.

Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge of AUTOSAR Architecture
2. Knowledge of ETAS tools like ISOLAR
3. Knowledge of Embedded, Bootloader and Cybersecurity concepts
4. Knowledge of HIL testing
5. Knowledge of SDLC (Software development life cycle)
