Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Outline to Organizational Effectiveness/Transformation plan with responsibilities, timing, and desired outcomes to prepare the organization for S4/3DX/SFDC and support the continued business evolution.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities, consistent with the Prosci (ADKAR) methodology.
  • Lead the completion of change management assessments to determine impact and associated change strategy.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics related to anticipated resistance to drive decision making to the right level in the organization.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
  • Advise senior leadership on significant change initiatives and coach executives on how to best fulfill obligations of executive/change sponsor.
  • Provides coaching and support to frontline managers/supervisors as they lead direct reports through transitions; to support effective decision making.
  • Consults with project teams and Change Practitioners to ensure appropriate change management activities are integrated into their project plans.
  • Support training efforts aligned with Enterprise Change Management approach.
  • Develop, define, and measure success metrics and monitor change progress to drive desired behavior and results.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications: BS degree required; Change management certification or designation required (Prosci methodology strongly preferred)

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of large-scale organizational change efforts, including digital transformations experience, and a solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools with a focus on how people navigate through transitions.
  • 8-10 years related business experience
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal - with the ability to clearly articulate messages across a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated active listening skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for change management across the organization.
  • Proven success influencing others to move towards a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and create plans to advance organizational goals forward.
  • Strong detail orientation, with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and a change adverse culture.
