We are seeking a skilled Cable Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in telecommunications, cabling, and computer networking to provide efficient installation services.
Duties: - Install, troubleshoot, and repair cable systems in residential and commercial settings - Perform fiber splicing and termination - Configure and install Cisco routers and switches - Utilize mechanical knowledge to handle equipment installations - Use hand tools effectively for cable routing and termination - Ensure proper low-voltage cabling connections - Provide exceptional customer service during installations Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Service Technician or Cable Installer is preferred - Proficiency in fiber splicing techniques - Knowledge of electrical systems related to cable installation - Familiarity with computer networking principles - Ability to telecommunicate effectively with team members and customers - Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment setup and maintenance
