The Systems Specialist is a combination System Analyst / System Developer and is responsible for the design, customization, and maintenance of applications and databases across the company with a focus on SQL development, data warehouse management, and reporting.
This includes implementing and updating systems, developing technical platforms for data processing, creating complex stored procedures, resolving application issues, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. The specialist leads system upgrades, ensures data quality, automates reports, and supports business intelligence.
Required qualifications include a degree in computer science or a related field, expertise in MS-SQL and SQL coding, experience with data integration, and application troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills and a strong Microsoft background - IIS, Windows servers, SSRS, SSIS. Power BI, etc.
This is a hybrid remote role with just 1 day onsite in NYC.
