Position Summary

  • Provide comprehensive business finance support for strategic initiatives in North America

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee "Made in America" (MIA) front office support
  • collaborating with Business Unit (BU) and Global Supply Chain (GSC) stakeholders to monitor performance
  • Assess business cases
  • Drive cross-functional teams to implement effective management systems and measure key performance metrics
  • Support Transformation teams in their efforts to simplify and standardize foundational processes

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of experience in financial roles including accounting, auditing, financial analysis, finance business partnering, and FP&A
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience) is essential
  • Experience of a matrix structure within a multinational manufacturing organization
  • Experience in MS Office Suite
  • Experience in ad hoc financial modelling

Skills & Abilities

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and drive collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in finance-related roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management and driving transformational initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and align diverse groups toward common goals.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, performance measurement, and business case evaluation.
  • Drive to deliver results - entrepreneurial and results driven

Preferences

  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, SAP/Oracle or equivalent
  • Experience in new implementation/projects, change management, and/or transformation
