Job Summary
This role will be responsible for supporting in the preparation of engineering documents for Product Liability cases. The job scope also includes various additional legal and compliance support functions that impact research and design activities.

We're currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI.
Job Summary
This role will be responsible for supporting in the preparation of engineering documents for Product Liability cases. The job scope also includes various additional legal and compliance support functions that impact research and design activities.
Job functions include but are not limited to:
- Support discovery activities touching research and design for open litigation matters such as collecting and producing documents/comments for product liability discovery requests.
- Perform internal investigation and research on litigation matters.
- Communicate with internal and external legal counsel on all aspects of litigation matters.
- Execute corporate records governance policy including implementing records retention training and annual records review activity for research and design facilities in the United States.
- Report status and open issues for all pending discovery requests and related matters.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experienced in producing various engineering documents to support Product Liability cases
- Ability to coordinate record retention activity for entire organization
- Strong quality work ethic, excellent organization skills and commitment to meet deadlines
