Business Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize CRM (Salesforce or similar) for effective sales management, planning, and reporting.
  • Provide training to Salesforce users and management.
  • Manage updates and customization in Salesforce.
  • Analyze sales processes and suggest improvements using Salesforce tools.
  • Generate insights from Salesforce reports to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate proposal and revenue reports.
  • Manage market data and research in Salesforce.
  • Research criminal justice jurisdictions for sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for new product launches.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Support sales campaigns and promote Company products and services to customers and partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal criminal justice systems.
  • Proficient in negotiation, presentation, and business writing.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Background in criminal justice.
