Key Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to gather and document business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
- Assessing the impact of proposed solutions on existing systems and workflows.
- Developing and delivering clear, actionable reports and presentations based on research and analysis.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion.
- Assisting with user acceptance testing and solution validation.
- Evaluating and optimizing business processes to enhance overall performance.
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems.
- Providing ongoing support and training to end users on new processes and system functionalities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflow, and enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile or other structured software development methodologies.
