The Sr. Business Analyst translates business requirements into functional specifications, supporting IT project teams and vendors to deliver technical solutions in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
**This resource MUST have experience using, implementing, or integrating Planisware**
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business SMEs to gather requirements
Document business processes and technical specifications
Write GxP-compliant SDLC documentation
Assist with test script planning and execution
Update system management documentation
Present software functionality to stakeholders
Support deployment and hypercare activities
Required Skills:
Planisware experience
Knowledge of GxP, GmP, GcP
Business Analysis principles (ie. Matrix Traceability, Requirements Gathering)
Ability to ask and figure out the "why"
Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry experience
Required Certifications/Education:
BA/BS in Clinical Development Sciences or Life Sciences
Advanced degree preferred
CBAP certification preferred
Additional Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Familiarity with GxP, CFR 21 Part 11, and systems validation
