We are currently seeking a Building Engineer for a client in the Rockville, MD area that owns and operates their properties.
Monitor all mechanical equipment within a commercial building that includes chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, air handles, fans, automatic temperature controls, electrical switch gear, fire alarm systems, and building automation systems.
Interact with tenants and ensure all requests are answered.
Work with on-site contractors and vendors
Requirements:
CFC Certification
GED or High School degree
4 years of experience in the commercial engineering industry
