Pre-Event
Key Responsibilities:
Attend planning meetings and coordinate with the F&B manager.
Schedule staff and prepare assignments for setup, reception, and tear-down.
Conduct pre-shift meetings, review assignments, and inspect uniforms.
Ensure the event room is set up to guest standards and maintain clean storage areas.
Greet the event host and collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage.
During Event
Ensure staff readiness when doors open.
Learn and recognize guest names.
Coordinate service timing with the host and manage guest assistance.
Ensure item replenishment and promptly respond to customer needs.
Monitor alcohol service and resolve guest complaints.
Post-Event
Return unused food to the kitchen and properly store items.
Handle billing and prepare for the next event.
Maintain clean storage areas and inform management of supply needs.
Working Conditions
Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
Work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
Engage in physical activity, including standing, walking, and bending.
Operate food service equipment in a lively environment.
