B2B Administrator

Job Description

B2B Administrator role will support in the maintenance of the company’s B2B website, Elastic Suite. This position will build, enhance, and roll out protocols to all stakeholders across the company. They will partner with IT and relevant functional areas of the company to ensure wholesale orders can be placed in a timely manner.

The expected salary range for this role is $61,000 - $70,000. This is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist on the upload of product data onto Elastic Suite, which includes their permissions, size, product tags (color, gender, league, player, product line, product class, silhouette details, and team), quantity minimums, and keywords.
• Manage product permissions based on collab and exclusive styles.
• Collaborate with product line managers on Basecamp to confirm SKU, descriptions, and images are accurately handed off and formatted.
• Navigate and organize Dropbox folders of product images and upload them to the FTP server.
• Communicate with product and sales team once SMU products/projects are uploaded on Elastic Suite for order placement.
• Create and manage catalogs according to their price levels, booking deadline, and delivery dates; notify demand planner after the booking deadline to begin production process.
• Upload catalog tiles and covers provided from the product and design team.
• Configure user accounts for domestic and international wholesale customers, ensuring appropriate catalog access levels and permissions are assigned.
• Maintain the partner/agency Elastic Suite profiles for multiple sales reps.
• Ensure all files are fully synced and imported daily between NetSuite and Elastic Suite via Celigo.
• Monitor and resolve any errors between NetSuite and Elastic Suite, which may include orders, prices, products, etc.
• Update Elastic Suite dashboard and announcements routinely based on assets provided and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any user-related issues.
• Organize and enhance the overall aesthetics of Elastic Suite.
  

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent years of experience.

Knowledge Skills And ABILITIES

These are the qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position.

• NetSuite or similar ERP systems experience preferred.
• Elastic Suite or similar B2B platforms experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Familiar with collaboration platforms, such as Basecamp and Monday.com.
