Avionics Technician, F-16 - Level 4 (Kunsan AB, RoK)

What You Will Be Doing

We are currently seeking a dedicated Technician to join our dynamic team. This position will require frequent domestic and international travel. Must be able to obtain and maintain passport for international travel. NOTE: This position is located at Kunsan AB, ROK. Additional job requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• F-16 Avionics Systems technician in support of in support of maintenance modification, upgrade and overhaul maintenance efforts.
• The successful candidate will be skilled in aircraft electrical systems and aircraft wiring maintenance.
• The candidate will be able to complete jobs in maintenance data collection systems, adhere to all technical orders, fault isolation manuals, ground operating procedures and local operational instructions.
• Perform troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of all landing gear, flight controls, engine starting, hydraulic systems and components on the aircraft as required.
• Responsible for all maintenance performed on the assigned aircraft.
• Candidate must be a high school graduate or have completed an equivalent program.
• Progressive and documented experience in the fighter aircraft maintenance environment.
• Documented qualifications in related maintenance fields. - Must have strong communications and interpersonal skills. Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must have an interim or a DOD secret clearance.
• Regularly required to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, perform repetitive movements, and perform work from ground level to overhead.
• This position requires frequent standing for long periods, walking, stooping, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and twisting.
