Job Summary
Instructs dealership technicians in the theory of operation, diagnosis, and repair of automotive systems used in Nissan and Infiniti vehicles; verifies their understanding of the subject matter using competency-based training; prepares classrooms, workshops, and vehicles as appropriate; and maintains attendee training records in software system database.
Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.
