About The Role:
GlassesUSA.com is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our growing retail business. The overall mission of the GlassesUSA.com Assistant Store Manager is to be a leader within the store by boosting optical sales, ensuring customers and patients are always happy, and achieving the organization's pivotal outcomes via our people-oriented culture and brand experience.
If you have previous retail experience, are a talented salesperson, and possess exceptional leadership skills, you will be a great match for this role. Working knowledge of eyewear products as well as an understanding of eye health are significant advantages.
What you’ll do:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Achieving sales targets by assisting customers through the entire shopping journey and guiding the sales associates by sharing your sales knowledge.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Serves as a responsible alternate store key holder.
Responsible to open and close the store.
Create an inclusive workplace culture by treating all teammates and customers with respect.
Direct a team of Sales Specialists, consistently demonstrating what great service looks like.
Help conduct team members' biannual performance reviews with the Store Manager
