The Assistant Manager, Manufacturing position develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, shop floor technicians, materials, parts, tooling and production equipment capabilities while meeting quality control standards.
Duties And Responsibilities

Analyzes work requirements and outlines the schedules and methods to be followed for efficiency and safety.
Plans, develops, coordinates, assigns and directs medium production teams and processes.
Leads the development, evaluation, and improvement of manufacturing methods.
Estimates staffing requirements and related costs. Confers with management and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, etc. to facilitate production processes.
Analyzes and plans work force utilization through continuous improvement concepts.
Enforces all Company rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Prepares and manages correspondences, reports, and documents related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and environmental
