Job Summary

The Assistant Residential Landscape Manager is responsible for assisting the Residential Landscape Manager in the overall management and supervision of the residential landscape operations within the Development Division. This includes assisting in the development and implementation of short and long-term landscape strategies, as well as planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of residential landscape development. This position is also responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and timely completion of all projects while maintaining the company's standard and quality of work.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of short and long-term landscape strategies for residential landscaping.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of landscape projects, including scheduling and coordinating personnel and resources.
  • Supervise and direct landscape staff in the planning, installation, and maintenance of residential landscapes.
  • Monitor the quality, cost, and timeline of projects to ensure the successful completion of each project.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for landscape projects.
  • Evaluate and recommend products, services, and materials for residential landscapes.
  • Prepare/maintain detailed reports/records of all landscape operations and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for landscape staff.
