We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Ag dealership team based out of our Osceola, IA location. You will oversee the inside and outside sales team as well as store operations (parts and service) efforts covering several counties. You will have full P&L and team building responsibilities. We feel the Store Manager would spend approximately 60% of their time in the field with the Outside Sales Team and 40% of their time at the store leading our parts, service, and admin teams. Our normal store hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, M-F and 7:30 – noon, Saturday. Seasonal hours will vary.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, And Abilities
5+ years’ management or sales success in an Ag dealership environment
3 years’ experience of P&L management
Proven ability to achieve market share through a sales team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to drive profitable revenue across all store departments
Proven ability to manage inventory to achieve acceptable ROI
Ability to create a positive work environment for every team member
Preferred Education And Experience
4-year business/ag/construction degree or
5 years of comparable business experience in agriculture and construction
Work Environment
This job operates in both an office and field environment, including exposure to varied weather conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Travel
Occasional overnight travel is expected for this position.
