AR Lead

firstPRO360 is seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Lead with a Bachelor's degree, as well as prior AR lead or supervisory experience. You will have 3-4 direct reports and serve as the right-hand to the AR Manager.

What you will be doing:

• Implement debt collection practices, policies, and procedures of the company
• Monitor the invoicing and money collection processes
• Ensure the timely collection of payments
• Negotiate with internal and external customers in cases when non-payment occurs
• Prepare monthly feedback reports on payment collections and/or as required
• Training and mentoring of staff members of the department
• Troubleshoot billing discrepancies.
• Resolve data discrepancies when customer remittance information does not match what is expected.
• Research un-applied cash to identify invoices for which payment was intended or refund, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
• AR Lead may be responsible for 20 - 50 strategic accounts
• 3-4 direct reports

• Large collections portfolio
• Bachelor's degree required
• Previous leadership and AR experience required
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF)
• Ability to identify and solve problems, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills, and a strong attention to detail.
