We are seeking skilled Unmanned Aircraft Operators with experience in group 4 and above unmanned aircraft to join our team site. As an Instructor, you will primarily function or Mission Commander for a Department of Defense customer, overseeing ground and flight operations, mission planning, execution, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate ground and flight operations including mission planning, execution, briefing, debriefing, and crew resource management.
Ensure safe and effective operation of unmanned aircraft systems, maintaining situational awareness and adapting to mission requirements.
Develop and deliver training programs based on established syllabuses, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Provide Mission Coordinator/Commander support and may serve on the Standardization and Evaluation team.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
FAA Private Pilot's License (PPL) with Instrument rating required.
Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
US citizen with a valid US passport.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to mission requirements.
Previous aviation experience in locations is preferred.
