We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities:
Project Development:
Build technically strong, independent projects from scratch, including open-source projects or functioning products.
Ideate and execute on product ideas end-to-end.
Rapidly create and implement new features, often within the same day.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with minimal directional oversight.
Contribute to the vision of relational computing with insightful and innovative ideas.
Technical Implementation:
Implement and optimize retrieval for LLM-based applications.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using C, C++, Python, and functional languages like SML/OCaml.
Perform low-level programming in C/C++/Assembly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience building independent projects from scratch, demonstrating the ability to ideate and execute end-to-end.
5+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally within startups.
Strong mastery of C, C++, Python, and functional languages like SML/OCaml, with 5+ years of experience in low-level programming in C/C++/Assembly.
Proven ability to implement retrieval in LLM-based applications.
