Responsibilities
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address impediments to Agile adoption and delivery.
Provide guidance on Agile metrics and help teams establish and track key performance indicators.
Support the development of Agile maturity within the organization through training, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Bachelor of related Agile Coach
3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
Experience in coaching teams on Agile practices and principles
Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and JavaScript
Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented culture
