As a Lead Agilist, you will play a crucial role in guiding Agile Squads to success, ensuring they embrace and apply Agile and Scrum values and principles.

What You'll Do:

• Support Agile Squads, ensuring they understand and apply Agile and Scrum values and principles.
• Use your observation skills to identify squad needs and intervene accordingly.
• Promote the growth of each team member through mentoring and coaching.
• Facilitate neutral discussions, helping teams decide the best course of action and stay focused on delivering business value.
• Craft impactful messages and leverage powerful questions to prompt creative problem-solving.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of full-time business experience
• 3+ years of Scrum experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating at multiple organizational levels
• Proven ability to communicate and remove impediments outside of the team
• Excellent coaching skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts
• Strong mediation skills to resolve interpersonal and organizational conflicts
• High-energy and passion for building strong, effective teams
• Ability to build trust and rapport, creating a sustainable and positive workplace
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
