Job Description:

Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for a Quality Engineer to add to their growing team near Indianapolis, Indiana. You will be working side by side with the process engineer, taking orders from customers and get the first prints and care for the project until final production.

Responsibilities:

• Review the requirements of design and quality for custom projects.
• Create the inspection process to ensure quality from start to finish.
• Create a strategy for all engineering aspects of the project.
• Work on cross-functional teams to ensure everything is up to par.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a quality engineer in the aerospace industry.
• Demonstrated experience to complete first article inspection (FAIRs).
• Customer quality assurance experience.
• Knowledge of AS9102, RR SABRe, GE S-100, and ISO 9001
• Proficient with PPAP Elements
• Dimensional inspection experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Bachelors Degree in a relevant subject area.
• Ability to manage projects against deadlines by creating plans.
