We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our management and staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as necessary.
- Manage office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute to relevant parties.
- Coordinate logistics for company events and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Develop and maintain a filing system, both electronic and physical.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and summaries.
- Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Manage and resolve administrative issues promptly and efficiently.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
