Administrative Assistant - Behavioral Health and Personal Care Service

Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant - Behavioral Health And Personal Care Service to join our team at Villarreal Investment Group, LLC with Unique Mental Health and Peace of Mind Behavioral!

You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success and improve the life's quality of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Invoice for services rendered and ensuring that bills get paid on time on daily basics
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events for company investors and directive working as a personal assistant as needed
  • Greet and assist onsite guests and patients
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and assist the Director of Operations and officers with emails accounts
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
