Job Summary

Marymount University seeks to create a pool of applicants for adjunct faculty positions in first-year composition, literature, and languages. Interviews will occur as open positions become available.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Teach designated courses
• Participate in staff graded midterm and final exams when applicable
• Maintain office hours (1 hour per class per week) and advise students concerning their coursework

Education

• Candidates must have completed the M.A. or Ph.D. in English or related fields and show active engagement in pedagogical development and scholarship.
