Role: Account Manager
Location: West Palm Beach (Onsite from day 1)
Type: Full-time (W2)
Salary range: $50K–$55K
Visa: USC, GC, and GC EAD.
Note: This position does not provide reimbursement for relocation expenses. Candidates will need to cover relocation costs at their own expense.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to nurture and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the timely delivery of our services. This role involves occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or in a relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Solid experience with CRM software.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred.
- Proven ability to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.
- Availability for occasional travel as required.
