Account Executive
Our client is looking to enhance their dynamic team with the addition of highly skilled, creative, and successful Account Executives.
The successful candidate will have experience in selling Customer Experience solutions to the large enterprise business market. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and meet new clients in target industries and regions.
- Provide expertise and thought leadership consultation on concepts, solutions and services
- that will deliver discernible value.
- Tailor solutions for new opportunities based on target industries and prospects needs.
- Collaborate with their technical teams to design and propose our client solutions and
- services based on their industry leading technology partners.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, including cost justifications and
- business cases, to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
- Commit to continuously learning by researching and learning new technologies, both
- internally and externally, to provide a single point of contact for the customer throughout
- the sales process.
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- Demonstrates 5 years’ experience in B2B sales consultant and/or account management
- position.
- Instinctively comfortable with prospecting new business through research and networking.
- Possesses an insatiable desire to sell to Customers based on value and innovation.
- Highly customer centric with an ability to listen, communicate and effectively build rapport
- with partners and customers.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong ability to partner with cross functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of any of Genesys, Avaya, Verint, Microsoft, Google, Amazon
- Connect, or Five9 solutions is a significant advantage.
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
- Post graduate degree (preferred).
- 5 years’ experience in a B2B Sales Consultant or Account Management role.
- Business Enterprise, Customer Experience and Process Knowledge.
- High degree of Business Acumen
