Project Managed large rollout/changeover of POSitouch POS to 40 Cheesecake Factory restaurants. A large scale implementation and joint effort between CBS and The Cheesecake Factory that included: Business Process Mapping, Customization, Unit and Stress Testing, imaging of more than 800 POS terminals and 80 servers, Installation, Training and Go LIve support. This project was completed by region over the USA, and took less than 1 year to complete.

Oversee MES Implementation of Nysus MES, entire project responsibility in the following areas:
Mapping of existing shop floor units including the inventory locations.
Capture all the properties associated with the products/materials that will be involved in the production.
Capture the production routing, production processes, recipe, and quality parameters.
Capture all the roles and personnel involved in the process.

Create an API later that takes data from our product/order configurator PoleVault™ and then utilizes Forge and AutoCAD to create a 3D drawing from your configured product.

Develop an Operational Excellence tool that automates order entry, engineered drawings, and engineering services, and reduce friction and quote to order time for internal team, and external partners.

Create an API between SmartLine Design LLC and PoleVault™ that automates the process of product selection in PoleVault™, and SmartLine windload analysis service.

Responsible for the implementation of Plex, and the integration with Custom Enterprise Applications, including Customer Portal, Data Visualization, and Business Analytics.

1.Developed application/interface between Epicor ERP and Universal Traffic Service (UTS) that automated the shipping process to the click of a button
2.Develop and upgrade new and existing Crystal Reports to be used in the Epicor upgrade
3.Develop and upgrade new and existing SQL Server views, functions, triggers and stored procedures to be used in the Epicor Upgrade
4.Develop and execute training and testing plans

Convert 4 manufacturing facilities from manual business processes to automated shop floor systems, and ERP; this system included an Executive Sales Portal, and ability to poll data into USA accounting software.

Instituted Mitel telephone systems in four different countries, enhancing communication and productivity by way of extension dialing and collaboration. This project was also concurrent with ISP change and global contract with XO communications on MPLS network.

Identified common applications between several manufacturing facilities, developed these applications in Custom SharePoint Applications/Web Apps and Mobile Applications using Visual Studio, Java, Angular, REST, CAML and SOAP services in a Joint Application Development Project with IBS.

This executive Management Portal interfaced with AD Security using Single Sign On, polled data from 6 different ERP systems and 3 different financial packages across 7 countries and more 20 facilities. The application had the ability to drill down to production of finished goods, lot numbers of those finished goods, as well as all chemicals used in the manufacturing process.

Develop API that exchanged real-time Bill of Material/Formula information and Inventory information shared between ERP and developed Shop Floor Management System. This system replaced a manual process of writing inventory used, and manual entry into ERP system. Additionally, barcodes used in Raw Materials, and direct interface to scales provided more accurate information.

Selected Deacom ERP to implement in 2 chemical manufacturing facilities with no current ERP. Did 100 percent data migration, business process mapping, user training and documentation on project. Additionally developed Shop Floor Management System that interfaced directly with Deacom Bill of Materials, Labor Management, Production Management, and Inventory Management modules; creating an environment for real-time inventory and data management.
