I notice that many internal biotech recruiters aren’t always leveraging LinkedIn. (And honestly, I get it. I’ve seen your goals for this year. 🤣 🤗) A few weeks ago, I happily stumbled upon Sean Kennedy. He's the Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at BenchSci. If I were looking for roles in preclinical R&D and AI, I’d want to join them in a heartbeat. Sean doesn't try to be everything to everyone.
