Attending the Women Impact Tech Accelerate Conference was an absolutely inspiring experience! Yesterday, I had the privilege of being surrounded by incredible women, and it truly made me feel empowered. From the moment I arrived, the vibe was amazing—I was greeted with warm smiles and enjoyed a delicious breakfast that set the perfect tone for the day. Thank you to my awesome friend Karen for letting me know about this wonderful event. Before the conference kicked off, we explored the sponsor booths and discovered so many exciting new tech companies. The knowledge we gained was eye-opening! When the conference began, Paula R. Bratcher Ratliff message filled me with energy and excitement. She encouraged us to meet at least seven new people, and I’m thrilled to say I met even more than that! Each interaction left me feeling uplifted and inspired. All the speakers were phenomenal, especially Troy Achong, Rachel Lo and Sarah Lustenberger. Troy's insights on "Managing Change Across an Organization" gave me valuable perspectives on what to seek in my next career opportunity. Rachel and Sarah's session on "How to Achieve Our Next BIG BREAK" was equally enlightening, encouraging us to lean into learning opportunities and create our own paths. The networking time we had to meet people within our industry was wonderful. Meeting so many talented women in user experience design was truly fulfilling and a highlight of my day. The entire day, from the inspiring sessions to the engaging conversations and the fantastic lunch, was incredible. My heart is full of gratitude for the amazing women I met and all the valuable lessons I learned. Thank you to the entire team at Women Impact Tech for making the Accelerate Conference unforgettable! 💖 #WomenImpactTech #AccelerateConference

I loved Women Impact Tech for the same reason I love my HBCU…it is one of the only times in life, I am in the majority! Black women make up 3% of the tech industry . Women make up 33% of the tech industry. Yesterday I heard from…. Women who are smart Women who are intelligent Women who are resilient Women who are unapologetically themselves! Thank you to all the speakers who have broken bounds for women to be able to stand with confidence. Thank you to all the women who spoke inspiration and knowledge into me such as Alvina Antar, Paula R. Bratcher Ratliff, Ania Smith, Kimberly Bloomston, E Veal and so many more! #women #womenintech #womeninpartnerships
