Green Banks and National Infrastructure Week go hand in hand.
Let's wrap up National Infrastructure Week by unwrapping the definition of a Green Bank. The first Green Bank was established in 2011 as the Connecticut Green Bank. Since then, more Green Banks have been established including Groundswell Capital, Arizona's first Green Bank, an affiliate of the Tucson Industrial Development Authority, and a member of the Coalition for Green Capital. Green Banks are a critical part of today's infrastructure as they finance the future with a focus on community and climate resilience. What questions do you have about Arizona's Green Bank? Let our CEO and President Dre Thompson know in the comments below. #greenbank #sustainability
