In this role, you will perform full cycle recruitment on Light Industrial and NON-IT roles. Our clients in the US come from a variety of industries, mid to large sized including Fortune 500 corporations and are spread across all time zones of the US. Successful candidates will show flexibility and desire to learn about the clients and be ready to put in that extra effort when needed to recruit on fast moving positions. SPECIAL NOTE : Only candidates who have prior experience in W2 hiring for Direct Clients on Light Industrial positions, should apply. Required Skills & Description : 1. Min 1+ Years of experience in US staffing. 2. Proficiency in hiring on Light Industrial roles is required. 3. Experience in recruiting on high volume LI roles is required. 4. Experience with various job boards: LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed along with existing candidate relationships and referrals. 5. Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Ceipal, Job Diva, Oorwin etc. 6. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation etc. 7. Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position. Soft Skills : 1. Must possess a positive energetic attitude with excellent communication skills. 2. Must be able to engage closely with Team Lead and Recruiting Manager while sourcing on high volume positions. 3. Must be very detail oriented and be proactive in candidate communications. 4. Must be flexible in timings to accommodate the recruiting demands from clients. 5. Be available to work on weekends if needed to fulfill heavy recruiting demands.
