Coming Soon to our Lockstep Technology Group customers! As many of you know I’ve been teaching my 2 day Networking Basics class to our customers for quite a while. I enjoy teaching this class and will continue to do so. However, I have occasionally been asked to teach this class to individuals that tend to have duties, and skills, that are more help desk focused. They do not work regularly in the networking space but are eager to learn a bit more about networking in order to execute their jobs better. In many cases it seems the material in this class can be overwhelming to them. I intend to rectify that with a new class that is both shorter, a single day, and more foundational in its content. The class will be entitled Networking Basics for the Help Desk. I have begun creating the content for this class. If all goes well I intend to start offering sessions in the 3rd quarter of this calendar year. As with my 2 day class it will be an in-person, instructor led class (by yours truly - me). Stay tuned.
