#FitnessFriday pt.✌️Rotation + Mobility w/ Strength and Conditioning Coach, Brandon Ferstl💪 Let’s learn how to test mobility for the 4 rotational centers of the body! Test to see if you have proper range of motion in important areas of the body for golf and tennis. If you want to safely play your best for as long as you can, then you must be able to pass these tests.

TPC Wisconsin reposted this
National Construction is building a new facility for repeat client TPC Wisconsin. Called the Steve & Nicki Stricker American Family Learning Center, this 3,655 square foot building features four learning bays that can be opened and used for driving to the outdoor range, or closed and used with golf simulators. The project also includes a putting lab, a guest services area, restrooms, and storage. We’re also thrilled to work with Architectural Design Consultants, Inc. and Silver Leaf Interiors Inc. once again. Learn more about this project at our website! https://lnkd.in/g24RexWA

Rotation and Mobility (pt.1) Follow along with Strength and Conditioning Coach, Brandon Ferstl, as we focus on the 4 rotational centers of the body, the neck, shoulders, spine, and hips. Having adequate range of motion in these areas allow us to develop more consistent ball striking, more power in the swing, and the ability to play our sport for as long as we can. Learn how having rotation and mobility in these areas can help in golf and tennis!
