Participants will have the opportunity to work in learning teams, group workshops, community building exercises, and self-guided tasks that will expand their 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, elevate 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬, and focus on 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬. Last week I had the pleasure of joining my fellow #TotalWine leaders to volunteer at Nourish Now in Bethesda, MD. And we were not alone! Throughout the week, team members from our Store Support Center volunteered at partner non-profits across the local community through our “DMV Days” program. Nourish Now provides a vital role in the community providing food to families in need. For more than 30 years, Total Wine & More has been committed to supporting the communities where we work and live, and DMV Days provide service opportunities for us all to live out that commitment.
